We look for meaning, direction, and fulfillment in many places, be it careers, relationships, achievements, or even material success. But none of these things fully satisfy our purpose. We need to realize that each one of us was created with a God-given purpose, and it is only by faith that we can discover and walk in it.

Faith is the foundation of our lives, and without it, purpose becomes blurry. Hebrews 11:6 says, “Without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” Faith is what connects us to God’s promises. Romans 8:28 assures us that “for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Even challenges can become stepping stones when we walk by faith.
The kingdom of God is not distant or unreachable, as Jesus declared in Luke 17:21 that “the kingdom of God is in your midst.” This means the kingdom is a present reality. When we live by faith and pursue God’s purpose, we begin to experience the kingdom here and now, in our families, in our communities, and in our daily decisions and lifestyles.
Every believer has a role to play in the kingdom, and your faith enables you to fulfill your calling, whether it is to encourage others, serve faithfully, or lead with integrity. No role is too small, and no act of obedience goes unnoticed. The kingdom advances through the faith of ordinary people who choose to live with extraordinary trust in God.
If you feel uncertain about your direction in life, take a step back and ask: Where is my faith rooted? Am I trusting God to reveal my purpose, or am I searching on my own? The kingdom is waiting, but it begins with you choosing to trust, seek, and obey.
