I’m a BBQ lover at heart! My signature dish may be Duck Confit, but BBQ is where I’ve earned my awards. I first discovered my passion for BBQ at a massive Cuban event I catered. That’s where I had access to a giant commercial stand-up smoker, so big it could practically fit a person inside! That incredible piece of equipment sparked a new passion in me and changed the course of my culinary journey.

I’m a nationally award-winning executive chef and a proud member of the Special Chef Council. Classically trained in French cuisine, I can just as easily whip up fine dining as I can a killer frozen pizza. My career has taken me from coast to coast, cooking for presidents, movie stars, rock stars, world-class athletes, and political figures. Along the way, I opened and operated the largest campus dining hall in the country, creating a food wonderland that welcomed thousands of college freshmen each year.
